Standard personal training optimizes one variable — usually training load. EMM maps all 7 performance dimensions and finds which one is your actual bottleneck. Most high achievers are already training hard enough. The gap is almost always in recovery, nervous system regulation, or nutritional precision — not more volume.
Who is EMM coaching for?
Professionals, entrepreneurs, and athletes who are already disciplined and performing at a high level, but have a performance ceiling they can't break through. Not beginners. If you're just starting out, the self-guided training system is the right entry point.
Do I need to own any specific devices or wearables?
No. HRV data from any wearable (Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Watch) is useful but not required. We can build a complete protocol using RPE, perceived recovery, and sleep quality metrics alone. If you want to add a wearable, I'll tell you which one makes sense for your specific goals.
What's included in Monthly Coaching vs Monthly Training?
